So after buying 2 lots of grain last January I never did the 2nd brew, so kicked this off a few weeks ago (8th January)

Not sure what the grain bill was as it was bagged up when I collected it from Brewstore last year!

I had hops in the freezer so here's what I used.
22g Columbus leaf @ 60mins

17g Cascade leaf
8g Chinook
5g Citra

All @10mins

The OG was quite high

So I liquored back with 2 L ofvwater, which left me about 10L in the fermenter.
I ferments with half a sachet of Mangrove Jack's US west coast in my water bath at 20 degrees for 2 weeks.

It fermented right down, looks and tastes like a bitter?!

In the meantime I'd built myself a fermentation fridge (£20 2nd hand fridge plus inkbird plus tube heater and some bits of wood - you know, from the stick of 'useful bits of wood' all men have in their shed / garage / man cave? [emoji23][emoji23]

A further week at 20, then a few days at 4 degrees before bottling last weekend.

I tried a bottle of this during the week and other than being a bit flat, it's surprisingly clean tasting for year old grain!
I forgot to take a pic, but it's cleared pretty nicely!
