Out with the old converted 'dog cage' fermentation chamber (see photos) and in with the new Mk2. Built from scratch, includes electrics in each chamber (for immersion heaters), lighting and temp monitoring. Fully insulated all round for the winter months.

x3 chambers so three brews at a time - probably have a beer in one, standard wine kit in another and a custom wow/wine in the other.

Time to get back to brewing :drink:

Grand Job.. just hope that the co2 cylinder isnt stood there unsecured when in use ;) that could be painful when toppled onto your foot regulator dials first ..
