Hi thought I'd give this a go and share my steps.
So I've been collecting Cherries and rhubarb and freezing them as I go got enough for 3 gallon so yesterday I put them in a bucket to defrost.

Today I drained all fruit and squeezed as much of the juice out as I could into another bucket then added
5lb glucose
3 TSP acid blend
3 TSP yeast & nutrient
Topped up to the 15 ltr mark with cold boiled water mixed well then divided it between 3 demi-johns and fitted the air locks which within 10 minutes started bubbling.
So far so good :-)

Hope you have them sat in a tray or similar just in case they ferment out the airlock. :thumb:
