Hi. Finally taken the plunge and registered. I've been brewing for about six months now and have done a few kits but now am starting to play with recipes and wines ciders etc. I am after some advice. I'm doing Andy Hamilton blackberry wine and it says to rack after three days in fv. Do I just syphon it or blackberries go in as well? Thanks in advance for any help.

Yes they still brew brains sa in the city. After a late night or an early start you can smell it. The smell to me is home.
