Afternoon All,

I'm almost ready to bottle my Festival Razorback IPA and have just added beerbrite and the priming sugar.

Something different happened this time which I've never seen before at this stage - almost instantly there was a thick white foam/head at the top of the beer - I've attached a picture. Is this an issue? Has anyone else experienced this?

The beer smells fine for this stage and looks okay, too. Just never seen this before.

Thanks!

Sam.

I've done the same before, the only down side was you'll likely end up needing to wait longer for the brew to clear, but it didnt negatively impact my brew when I did it... you should be okay :)

As for the froth, did you stirr the brew when you added them? Could it have been that?
