Hi, this might have been covered before, last year I pressed enough apples to make eleven gallons of Cider, the first five gallons were only just drinkable due to it being rather tart. I have a further six gallons in a pressure barrel and was wondering how much of a non sugar sweetener to add to take the tart taste away without over sweetening....:thumb:
