Barley wine, :whistle:
I'm sure it has been asked before..I have looked..honest..well I've had a quick peep..anyway.. Can I make a nice Barley wine by using 'flaked barley', and adding raisins and a few oranges of course. Most recipes seem to use whole barley. Any advice would be great.
A huge thanks to 'Moley' as well for the fruit tea ideas I picked up on the forum. Got three gal on the go at moment and another two going to be started this pm.
Not sure how to list them on bottom of message as you professionals do.
