Apple and Plum TC ...1 DJ
Despite me saying I was going 25l with TC's I had only a bottle of this and wanted to play tonight :
250ml of Bottle Green Apple and Plum (half bottle) - no nasties
3.5 L of Apple Juice (only put 3l in for now to avoid initial eruptions) will add 500ml in few days ..
500ml tea
Cider yeast
Pectolase
Will add 250ml of bottle green at prime stage .. may add water to top up to 5l to tone down ABV as like my TC's around 5%.
