I Never got around to making this. I have all the ingredients but just haven't had the time over the summer. I'm going to clear my schedule for the weekend of the 17th and get started on it. :grin:
 
Ha! I am now just getting around to making this today! I haven't brewed anything in months as I've just been too busy with work etc! :(

I'll let you know how I get on...
 
Still bubbling away nicely - don't think I've ever had anything ferment for this long...
 
As an update - I eventually got this bottled up and left conditioning for a while. I opened a few bottles at the weekend and it was lush! Couldn't taste the alcohol, but it was deceptively strong! Me and a few mates got quite hammered on 4 1ltr bottles!!

It was also quite fizzy, which I'm putting down to using Harris Cider Yeast, rather than the cheaper stuff I bought on eBay.
