Started a strawberry wine off last year and have been racking regularly but it has refused to clear completely! The top half is nice and clear, the bottom half hazy. Any suggestions for what I can do to get the whole lot cleared so that I can bottle it?

No, the recipe I was using doesn't mention pectolase. Is it too late to add it now?

I think yu have a pectin haze so add 2 tsp of pectalase and it should clear in a few weeks :thumb:

It is going to taste rather good with the maturing it has already had!

Thanks - I'll try the Pectolase.. I certainly hope it does taste good!

+1 for pectolase.
1st time I did strawb I got away without using any, but second time I couldn't get it to clear without, and at one point I could see the damn stuff trying to turn into jam in the demi!
