Hello all,
Well I'm back into wine making..chuffed our lass said to try some white wine...she doesn't know what she'll opened lol.
Only a 6 bottle kit for a start.
For all I've done a few wines it great to get back re-learning how to make it and the stages to make them.
Unfortiantly my memory is rapid skill fade tbh!!
But I'll get there..
Delivery today..so just sanitized the DJ's n stuff ready
What you think of using my Brewbucket FV! I've only used for beers.?
Mind a dj is what I've been used to!
Thx

Doesn't matter what fv you use matey, so long as it's clean !

I use the same ones for cider as I do for wine 😉

Blummin ell!
4 days of fermination!! And it's stopped!! Checked a reading..no wear near the 990-996 range!!
So daily test to do..
The fermination was out of this world!! Even 5l in my brewbucket with a blow off tube it was mental!!
The taste was strong! Dry! A good colour!
Can't wait for the next stage!
It's all coming back to!
My notebook is chocca with info!! Mind I can't really read it!! Lol
I was left handed n that's the duff hand!! Lol

pmsl......:lol::lol::lol:finger X'd..:lol:

Bloody thing!
Think it give up the ghost!
Tried with normal socket and looked at the fuse...no good!
Mind the temp that was at 10c for the lager hasn't changed since yesterday!!
So I'll get the old frozen bottles out next time...but I'm not confident getting the temp as low as crash lagering temps....but I don't know!! lol
Anyways a nice sweet glass of it!!! Nice no off tastes or smells

Looks good Bri, Mrs Tea prefers Chardonnay to the Sav Blanc and i am the opposite, as its me that has to make it/bottle it we always end up with the Sav blanc.
