For those of you who didn't laugh at me over this recipe i thought i'd give you a go ;)

I did this a few weeks ago

4kg Golden Promise
200G Biscuit Malt
400G Crystal Malt
250G Munich Malt

40G Cascade 6.8% 60 mins
25 Jalapeno peppers added to the fermenter with one pack of US-05

I had a taste tonight and it is probably gonna be drain cleaner :(
Beer is not supposed to burn your throat, right :?:

Anyway we live and learn, i don't need the keg for a couple of weeks so i'll give it that long and if it's still as bad i'll bottle half and chuck the other half.
I could probably sell it for getting that syrup smell from cornies

I have real sinus issues at the moment

I'll give you £10 for a bottle :D

I like the concept but 25 chillis !!!!!!!!!!

Mayby 2 or 3 to build in a mild afterglow.
As for what you have why dont you take a gallon, fire in another 10 or so chillis with a pile of tinned tomatos and simmer it down to a gloop with a couple of Tsp of sugar and bang it through the blender and make a Chilli Bitter Sauce for dipping.
And as Big Gordon would say
"ShitterBitterChilliDipper" DONE :)

That's a real shame AT :(
Did you bottle any to see how it might taste with time?

No need to bottle any Vossy, trust me this stuff wasn't gonna improve with time.
I tasted a bit before i dumped it, just a cautious sip. It burned my throat, chest and the inside of my nose  Might have been fun to hand out a few bottles on April 1st
