Undecipherable water statement

Got in touch with my local water company (Veolia East) and requested water quality breakdown. What I got does not match up with the water calculator on this site at all??
I have attached the document. Can anyone help as half the info for the calculator is not there???

I e-mail Essex and Suffolk water once a year and tell them I want details for brewing then list the exact details I need. They have always responded.

Combining the water report and the bits on their website I managed to come up with most of what I need. The calculator suggests adding 66ml of CRS but I prefer boiling to remove temporary hardness as this seems more natural. PS are magnesium and manganese the same??)
