I have just been handed a Kg of rhubarb, can I get away with 1kg of rhubarb for a gallon of wine or is that stretching it a bit far?

1kg of rhubarb is really not enough. How about adding it with other ingredients such as cranberry juice and grape juice to make a nice Rose.

Good suggestion, i'll mix it up a bit or get some more Rhubarb

Just buy an extra 500g of rubarb. Should only cost you about £1.50.
