Brew no. 7 and it’s another lager....

Boshed it out in under an hour, all washed up, log book filled in, beer supped and on the crapper writing this!

Batch size= 23ltr
Wilko Mexican cerveza
500g spray malt light
500g Coopers BE1 (used the other half in a pilsner)
1 packet of Saflager s-23
Tesco value spring water
Dry hopping 25g Motueka (CML)

About 3 litres boiled water that I cooled slightly before use. Bunged it all in the FV stirred and stirred again.

OG= 1034 (pretty standard for 1kg of sweet stuff)

Pitching temp= 18.4C

Fermenting temp= 13.0C

Probably my last brew before chrimbo, although the misses wants a Christmassy cider done.....

Should be a nice, light sort of a brew with some hop presence - a good way to pimp up a one can kit.

Too much info 😂
Mind and sanitise that handle!

I bottled one of these on 10/10/17, I brewed it it to 4.8%, and dry hopped it with 50g of UK Cascade and it's shaping up really nicely.
