Just got a tinkered with diy dog recipie of Hunter pale into the FV
6 litre batch,partial mash.60 min mash,60 min boil
400 grm Pale/Lager mix
100 grm light munich
50 grm caramalt
454 grm liquid extract ---start of boil
10 grm challenger pellets 60min
3 grm amarillo pellets 4min
4 grm citra pellets f/out
4 grm each amarillo and citra dry hop 5 days
1/2 pack gervin,(just because i had it to use up)
1/4 protofloc tablet 15 min
expectedOG 1042 expected FG 1009. IBU 35.56 SRM 7.03
Actual OG 1040 so not bothered about that.
5 litres to a mini keg for a mate,remainder into small bottles
