First All grain batch struggle

Hi all

Going to attempt my first all grain batch this weekend ,, have a recipe for a 10 gallon batch do i just just half the recipe and quantity of sparge water and mash water for a 5 gallon batch,, have tried to use a calculator on this site but struggling to figure it out :-?:-?

It only gets a bit troublesome going from a 10 gallon recipe to a 1 gallon recipe, with all the suddenly very small amounts of hops and stuff. Very differing efficiencies, unexpected relative much trub etc.
You're doing cool.
