Had a nightmare trying to get this brew on, first off the car broke down last week and spent all my time fixing that and yesterday found both of my pids locked up cannot adjust the temps :evil: Having borrowed a Pid from Eddie ;) He doesn't know yet :? Eddie Can I borrow that Pid of yours?? I'm back in business :party:
Mash went on at 8:15 this morning
It's the Church End Competion brew
So 96% Pale, 4% Crystal the rest Is seceret :?:
I know it's early to brew this yet, this is the Trial brew thats going to a mates open day so needed a beer and killed two birds with one stone :lol:

when you comin this way? dont know what the weather is like in bee country but its good in dragon country :thumb:
