Just going to list out what I have leftover from some other brews to see if anyone has any ideas of what I could use it for...

150g Briess Pilsner
200g Pale Malt
200g 60L Crystal
500g Torrified Wheat
50g Cascade (Leaf)
25g Sazz
25g Magnum
25g Hallertau
75g Admiral (Leaf)

I have learnt that using GHB means I won't have so much left overs, as with my last batches. Need to brew this next week as getting up to 4 weeks old now.
Thinking there has to be a nice IPA in there somewhere...

It looks good - though I think you've forgotten your leftover pale malt - should it not be 5.2kg? (your original 5.6kg - had me very confused).

I tend to go 10 5 and 0 mins for big flavour additions rather than big dry hops (I've recently done both though...), you could probably use half the cascade for a flameout addition.

Good luck with it!

I really enjoyed the pick up and go of my first 3 brews (two GH recipes and a full batch of my more successful stove top brew) ordered through geterbrewed, but have enjoyed playing about with the left overs having ordered my last lot of grain from the HBC

Think the hallertau will be lost in all that, it is a delicate hop.

Not sure but I would possibly swap the magnum and the admiral around.. not really sure what magnum would bring as a dry hop, Admiral is also mostly a bittering but may bring a little more in the dry hop??

Thanks for the heads up covrich - I have switched these around as suggested.
