Hi all

New to the forum.... I am currently messing around with some basic turbo cider recipes and am wondering if using demerera sugar would make any difference to using normal white sugar?

Any thoughts would be much appreciated!
 
Don't usually have sugar added to TC's as I like em quaffable, so I couldn't say, but I would imagine it will give a slightly different taste, do a comparison test and let us know.

which recipes are you thinking of giving a go + which yeasts ?
