Basically I wanted to use some up (about 75g left) and I've got 100g of Sylvan Goldings. I'm gonna do a brew to about 23ltr and wondered if I could use the Hallertau for bittering and Golding for flavour/aroma?

Personally I would swap the hops additions around....goldings to bitter and then use the Hallertau for the flavour.
Use a simple grain bill and ferment cool (14 degrees C) with 2 packs of Nottingham for a clean ferment.
