Hi Chippy,
They send me two as they were "second hand" returns, to maximise my chance of having one that worked. As it transpires both has been burnt out - probably by being incorrectly wired. I've contacted Inkbird and ordered a new one off Amazon as I was hoping to put a couple of brew on this weekend.

Because the items are second-hand and shipped directly from the warehouse, I can not make sure that all the products are no problem. That is why we arranged two products in order to avoid this problem.
