would these work for a pilot microbrewery http://www.skolnik.com/stainless.shtml you know the 11o gallon ones (us gallon) or would they be good for brewing wine/mead in? If they arnt any good why?

Fine to use but check the prices I would be supprised that they be under Â£300 each

I have two of these that I use for fermenting in. They are 100ltr, and I got them free from a friend of a friend, who just wanted them out of the way. I find them really good, and have considered putting a tap on them, but currently just syphon out of them.

Yeah ive still got a few more years before i sratrt just wondering if they would be any good?
