Hi all,
I am planning to do another gallon of beer and put it in a gallon DJ. Does anyone think there would be a problem if I fill the DJ to the shoulder and save some wort to top up later. I do a lot of turbo cider and I do this so the foam doesn't escape throughout the airlock.
