Just that really. Looked in on my bucket o beer today (Chairmans European Lager, day 14) and there is a whitle film on the top. Kind of a dry skin? Tastes ok, smells ok and it is almost clear.
Any help anybody?
 
Does it look like a spiders web has formed / will form?

Drink it as quick as you can!

It sounds like an infection but the taste will get worse over time.
