i wouldnt use the IBT-2X as i dont bbq but everything else on your list would be an absolute bonus to actually win and be able to upgrade my brewing kit, my brother seems to win comps a lot and this would be a "your not the only one bruv" moment !!

I have the ITC-308 which was one of the best christmas presents that SWMBO has bought me giving control to +/- 0.3 degrees and have had the calibration checked at work and is spot on.
Have used it to calibrate two other thermometers I use and hoping to get the IBT-2X *2 pcs at some time.:thumb:
