Lancaster Bomber Amber Ale Taste: A classic English ale, chestnut in colour with a lovely full-bodied flavour, enriched with a wonderful late hop character. Brakspear Bitter Taste: Amber in colour, the initial taste of malt and well hopped bitterness dissolves into a bittersweet and fruity finish. The only one i have had before is the Lancaster Bomber Amber Ale which i liked so a looking forward to trying the rest.

I have mentioned this in the "what are you drinking tonight thread", i used to be a lager drinker then tried a pint of hobgoblin from my lads keg which we bought him as a present i enjoyed it and started to work through the Bargain Booze list, i can honestly say i haven't found one i dislike some have been a bit forgetful but on the whole i have enjoyed them this may be down to my taste buds not being what they used to but the upside is i haven't poured a bottle down the sink because it tasted awful.

Likewise.
I very much like Marston's EPA, but dislike Hob Gob intensely.
Have actually just got a clone'ish bre wof EPA on the go:thumb:

I have to agree Chris. It's like a bland beer topped up with a few shots of vodka. Await the goblin attacks in this thread.
