Finally joined after months of reading various threads.

Just over a year ago I started digging up my garden to build my man cave, the wife wasn't overly amused!

The kettle and the HLT both use 2no 5.5kW elements and the RIMs a 3kW element. I designed the control panel so 2no of the 5.5kW and a 3kW can be used simultaneously. Had to have my main house fuse upgraded and run 2no 10mm armoured cables to feed it.

Just about getting used the the larger equipment and feel now I am coming the end of the fine tuning to get consistent brews every time. Next on the shopping list is a maxi chiller so I can get those ferm temps more controlled.
