I've been a long time lurker of this forum, using it to get valuable guidance, advice and often reassurance that my brew is not going disasterously wrong.
I've been brewing for about 7 years, started with a kit, then extract brewing in plastic buckets, then all grain in plastic, now all grain in stainless steel with induction hobs and kegging. Love it!
I particularly like IPAs, NEIPAs, APAs, saisons and sours (although I've never done a proper sour). I brew 20L or 40L batches with mainly SS Brewtech equipment. I ferment in corny kegs.
What a great hobby! Cheers for your unwitting assistance over the years, it's saved my bacon many times.
