Hi Folks, I've been perusing the net for info on homebrew and stumbled across this great site so thought it only polite to introduce myself. I live in North Lincs and am a total newbie to brewing of any sorts.
I have a 'pub' in the garden and have had various commercial lagers and ciders on draught for a year or 2 now ( I know most of these brands are swear words to real ale enthusiasts :-) ). When I do venture out to other drinking establishments I have found myself drawn to real ales so have decided to have a go at brewing my own.
I've decided to start out with a kit from Woodfordes (Nelson I think) and I will no doubt be pestering some of you now and again if you don't mind.
