....Ghost Ship is a reasonable beer....
I just thought I would share my experience of making a clone.
There are loads of recipes out there, on the inter-web.
For me, and this is only my experience, which I've replicated twice, so I can demonstrate some scientific credibility, and that is, swap out the Citra dry hop for Amarillo. I think it takes it from a reasonable brew to a very good one, with a bit more complexity, and eminently refreshing.

Sounds like an interesting spin. I've got a Ghost Ship clone planned from my latest order, so I may have to split it into two FV's and try both.

No you dont. You live in New Malden which is 10 mins fast pedaling from Wimbledon, or North Surrey as I've seen it descibed in the Telegraph  (nice 'spoons pub there though)[/QUOTE
Shushhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh:mrgreen:

Actually the best Spoon's is at Raynes Park,it's not too big, some of the staff are reasonably long serving and can actually work out who is next to be served without asking!
The one in New Malden is pretty soul less, popular with the 'chink' community however!
