Are you guys able to visualise the tastes and smells of beers as you're reading through the recipes?

I find it so strange that i can almost taste it when i'm reading it

am i weird or does anyone get this?

I know what you mean, I try to imagine how that recipe would turn out, but I have so many malts and hops i've not tried yet, not to mention different qty's of each it can be hard.

EB's BeeFuggled looks like a nice beer for example, but you know me, i'd stick a wheelbarrow full of hops in to steep at 80c

But yep, to answer your question BS, you are weird  *

*discliamer - this is just a joke. :D

it was EB's befuggled that i was reading and my palate filled with a subtle hint of honey and malt.... mmmmmmm

I think any sentence with the word 'Malt' or 'Hops' in gives me wood.
