Bri's Toffee Apple cider thingy!

Today should get my final chemicals to start making the cider.
Just got the water boiled..
And the brewbucket sterilized..
As I've said in another thread I've not used it for wines but beers.
So should be exiting.

Yeah it's same for me..
Heating the honey is an experience!!
But still waiting for my chemicals delivery.
I'll report later how it goes!

Well it went well....hate doing the honey..
Forgot the reading..think it about 1.085 not sure...by the tim got up the stairs and hobbled back down I forgot!! Hmmmmm! Pen n notebook open!! What tube!!

Well 8 bottles are better than nowt!!
TBH the toffee Apple taste isn't in!! But a strong cider taste!!
Primed with 1/4 tea spoon of sugar..
