Wasn't huge on the taste a few days ago when I tested it but tastes lovely now

How much fresh lime Roddy??
Ah forgot to put that in the original post 😔

Was juice of 5 medium sized limes, you could put zest in as well but I couldn't be bothered 😃

336g priming sugar for 20L is almost 17g per L. Are you planning to pasteurise these or just keep them refrigerated? Surely this would make bottle bombs if the yeast isnt stopped.

I think Strawberry, on reflection, but the raspberry is a close second with the sweetenered yeast

I'd made the raspberry before with ordinary cider yeast and it was a bit on the tarty side 😯

For a batch starting at 25L, I'll get about 23L - usually 36 or so grolschies (450ml) and the rest 500ml pet

336 ÷ 50 = 6.7g

Or about 13g per litre if you like. That amount I find is about perfect for me, I've been up around 350g which was a shade too much.

Not had any explosions (yet) 😎

Ps. I store mine in a cool area under the stairs, but chill well before opening
