Todays brew (last one before xmas 
) is a slight tweak on a brew I did and enjoyed very much last year - I`m using wlp002 (try it :thumb: ) and just tweaked the hops to this;
40g EKG 90mins
20g Challanger 90mins
20g Challanger 10mins
20g Fuggle 10mins
40g Challanger 5mins
40g Fuggle 5mins
20g Fuggle and 20g Challanger - flame out
Also lowered the the choc malt just a little, added more wheat and 500g flaked oats - should be a winner :drink:
