I saw this and thought of you!!

450g white sugar for a nice strong cider
2-3-4 bottle of that
Topped up with cup of strong tea
And water

It's too expensive for me £2 a L from tesco

Saw it and thought fcuk yess I'm brewing that till I saw the price!
But there again £4-£8 for 10 pints ain't that bad
I never seen rhubarb juice before I hope it helps

Though I have brewed with canned rhubarb for pie filling and that
Turned out verrrry nice!

Did u come up with a recipe if so please post maybe can help others!

I was thinking of making a recipe from fresh rhubarb like this in a DJ:
4l of apple juice
1kg of boiled and mashed rhubarb
500g of sugar
1tsp of super wine yeast
Maybe abit of yeast nutrient and pectolase

Any advice on this would be great

Would have thought just do a basic turbo cider recipe
And substitute this juice for what ever the recipe calls for

There's a massive turbo cider post on this with the best recipes u will find

Sorry I can't help any more not really a cider man!

Don't use any additional sugar. Sugar is a flavour dilutant and cider is delicate enough in flavour without adding sugar. You will also need Tannin preferably in the form of of powdered tannin from your LHBS or ina the form of a cup ofvery very very very strong undrinkable tea (no milk or sugar).
