wine has lost volume!!!!

hi. new to this so after a bit of advise...
i have been running the fining since yesterday and the packets say 7 days to clear.
i have 23 ltrs but since racking off from my primary ferment i have lost a bit of volume.

can i top this back up to 23ltrs?

if so what process should i use?

Yes you can, you can use water or grape juice or another juice.

You certainly can although personally it's not something I do, I just put up with the loss thereby no flavour problems no dilution etc.
