Just a quick hello - new member and new homebrewer. I've been harping on to the wife about wanting to do homebrew for years (my dad used to make beer and wine) but have always been shot down. She must have had a change of heart thought because for this Christmas she's bought me a homebrew starter kit, which she gave me early and I kicked off a couple of weeks back :clap:
Starting with a BrewMaker IPA with 50% brewers sugar and 50% light spraymalt - I've also ordered Graham Wheeler's "bible" to have a read and hopefully move onto BIAB and some experimentation next year :hmm: My favourite local beer is Weetwood's Cheshire Cat so will have to try and clone that at some point :drink:
