Is it possible? or am I missing something I would like crystal clear beer to go in my cornies and finings are ok but could a filter speed things up?

doesn't work as you might think with a domestic wine filter due to the carbonation in the beer.

industrial plate filters are used by commercial keg brewers but beer is usually pasteurised at this point.

it can be done with pump based systems but i don't know of anyone that does this

Apart from the carbonation mentioned already, it would take forever with a Harris gravity fed filter. But the gas would be the problem. When filtering wine you need to degas first.
