Ok guy I should be moving house in a couple of month and should hopefully have a spare fridge to use for fermentation control. However I don't have a temperature controller and since fermentation is an exothermic reaction the worth temperature can be higher than the environmental temperature in the fridge. Is it ok to let's say set the temp of the fridge to 5 degrees lower than the intended fermentation temp ro compensate for the exothermic fermentation?

I am pretty sure the fidge stat will not go high enough, i.e. 15 degress or so is not what fridges are designed to do. :)
