Midnight Magnum Mild
40L OG 1.038 15 IBU 3.8% abv
4.1kg Pale malt
500g Caramalt
500g Wheat malt
500g Black malt
150g Amber malt
500g Demerera Sugar
90 min mash at 63C
13g Magnum Pellets 90 min boil
7g Magnum pellets 15min boil
Fermented with SO4
This is going to test my brewing skils as I have promised to have it ready for distribution during Matchfest on the 17th of this month :shock:
Any way the mash is half over time to get the sparge liquor sorted :thumb:
