Midnight Magnum Mild
40L OG 1.038 15 IBU 3.8% abv

4.1kg Pale malt
500g Caramalt
500g Wheat malt
500g Black malt
150g Amber malt
500g Demerera Sugar

90 min mash at 63C

13g Magnum Pellets 90 min boil
7g Magnum pellets 15min boil

Fermented with SO4

This is going to test my brewing skils as I have promised to have it ready for distribution during Matchfest on the 17th of this month :shock:

Any way the mash is half over time to get the sparge liquor sorted :thumb:

I went to bed around 3am.
Both elements on my boiler packed up

So I had to wait 'til morning to get some more.
Fitted them and got it sorted Saturday morning

It's fermenting away happily :party:

So today we have 2 full cornies sat at 10 psi

It looks like mild, it smells like mild and more importantly it tastes like mild :party:
So get yourselves along to Matchfest and sample it :drink:
