OK. So this has been in the fv for 3 weeks now, its still bubbling about once every 45 seconds and is at a temp of 18 to 20.
I havn't added the hops yet as I dont know how long its going to continue fermenting.
I was also going to add the hops in the same way as the instructions say. (put in a cup of boiling water, leave for 10 mins then pour all into fv and leave for a few days before bottling)
Any advice and comments much appreciated.
