Made a NEIPA yesterday using WLP644 Pure pitch yeast

I had several interruptions and managed to get more than 30 litres of wort so boiled for almost 2 hours. Final wort was 25 litres at 1060, increased efficiency of almost 90% had pushed the gravity beyond expectations.

I pitched the yeast and put in fridge at 19C and then I read the yeast instructions.
Bear in mind I was originally expecting about 23 litres at 1050 or so and the yeast instructions indicate more than 1 pack or starter required for gravity over 1050, too late already pitched!

There are signs of yeast activity today with the whole top of the wort covered. By my reckoning 1060 is not that much over 1050 but I suppose it really depends what the yeast thinks!
Will the lack of a starter seriously affect the brew flavour by overstressing or just slow it down somewhat?
