Im on my 4th extract brew and absolutely love the process of home brew.So far I have bottled all my beers with great success but on this one I have been given a pressure barrel so I have put 17ltrs in to try it out.How long do I leave the barrel in the brew fridge for secondary fermentation(22*c) before reducing the temperature for conditioning(12*c)?
