0.25 kg Crystal Malt (150.0 SRM)
77.00 gm Pearle [8.00 %] (60 min)
30.00 gm First Gold [7.50 %] (15 min)
30.00 gm First Gold [7.50 %] (Aroma Hop-Steep 80c 30mins)
Protothingy Tablet
S04

I'm loving First Gold at the moment, will be interested to hear how the Pearle and Hallertauer work with it.

OG reading. Was 1.060 so I watered it down to a nice 1.048.

Many Thanks Wez. It was clear wort, even the 1st runnings were clear.
Enjoyable mornings work there.
Efficiency worked out really well too. 84.48% :cool:
What can I do to get that extra 10% from??????

4.5%.... Lovely :)

Thats 70% attenuation, i'm happy with that from s04 - it averages 73% I think?

4.5% is the perfect ball park for a session beer - looking forward to a pic of the finished product ;)
