Brewday 31.10.08 - Autumn Fall

Another started and finished

Went smoothly and this time its going to be a lower % brew. Mainly a session ale.

Was fun, usual excellent smells and finished early

One question? How are you controlling the temperature with that heat belt? I have had mixed results when using mine so I dont use it anymore.

Well it only worked out at around 1034. Dont mine that as I was going for a light beer. Hope it works out at 3.4% if possible.

I control it by changing the height of the beer belt on the bin. Seems to work very well for me.
