Hi usually on the beer section of the forum but done a beaverdale wine kit and forgot to add the sachet of stabilizer should I add it to demijohn now or leave it out.....the keiselsol and chitosan are in cheers lagerlad
 
If you're happy the ferment has stopped then it's not a problem just leave it out. That said it wouldn't do any harm to pop it in now anyway, I know a few people the put the stabiliser and clearing agents in at pretty much the same time.
 
I agree with LED_ZEP no harm in adding it now and you will have peace of mind its not fermenting in the bottles.
 
I'm fairly sure the Beaverdale kits contain the stabiliser and sulphite as one packet, to prevent oxidisation you should add it asap.
