A couple of weeks ago I was replying to a post with someone ( can't remember who ) said they had no airlock for their DJ so I said how about stretching a balloon over the neck then just release some if the pressure as it fills . Well tonight I made up a starter for tomorrow's brew and forgot the airlock for my small DJ so I thought why not try it to see if the balloon method works well here it is I'm quite impressed
