Morning all,
The final bottles done late last night!
This time I was thinking before I acted!!! Lol
So carbonation is under way at last.
Tbh using the SS brewbucket is a god send! Specially with my syphoning!
Now we’ll see how it goes...

Hahah!! Like it!
Defo the colour wants sorted out! Lol
And think next ver.2# dry hops with a small amount for 4 days..
Getting the citra , Amarillo etc to work well.
It’s a fine line with the choc malt still taste it! And the rye..the orangey taste is good!
After a week away seeing friend n family I’ll crack on with a small batch!

When dry hopping make sure to balance the AA% so as the Citrate doesn't over power the Amarillo....
