First attempt at a all grain stout. Do these ingredients and quantities sound about right?
4.5kg pale malt
250g medium crystal
150g roasted barley
350g chocolate malt
700g flaked oats
Mash 68*c for 60mins
60min boil
50g hops at 60min
10g hops at 20min
I've got some fullers yeast grown from a bottle will this work in a Stout?
